01 Who owns the brand, the patient list, and the creative?
You do. Fully. The brand name, domain, logo, trademarks, ad creative, funnel copy and patient list are yours from day one — contractually. If you ever switch platforms, you take the patients with you. That's the whole point of building your own brand instead of renting a white-label.
02 What happens if I want to switch platforms in year two?
You export your patient list, billing history and EMR records in standard formats. You keep the brand, the funnels, the ad accounts. You'd rebuild the clinical and pharmacy layer yourself — which is the year-long project we did for you — but nothing here is a roach motel. Our retention comes from being the cheapest way to run the stack, not from lock-in.
03 Whose LegitScript certification is it — mine, or yours?
Your brand gets its own LegitScript certification under your entity — that's what unlocks your Meta, Google and TikTok ad accounts. We accelerate it by reusing our vetted policies, pharmacy audits and clinical SOPs (which is the 3–6 month part), so approval drops to 7–14 days. The certificate itself is in your name.
04 Am I the one on the hook legally for prescriptions?
No. The physicians prescribing in your branded experience are credentialed under our clinical network — they carry the medical liability and malpractice coverage. You own the brand and the marketing; the licensed clinicians own the clinical decisions. The same structure every major telehealth company uses.
05 Do I need a medical background to run this?
No. Most of our operators come from e-commerce, creator, or performance-marketing backgrounds. You're running a brand, not a clinic. If you can run a Shopify store with subscriptions, you can run this — the clinical and pharmacy layers are operated for you.
06 What's actually recurring? Is there a monthly fee to you?
The build fee is one-time, paid to MediLaunch. Ongoing, you pay the platform directly — a flat platform fee plus per-transaction pharmacy and clinician costs. First month is included. No retainer to us after launch; we're not a marketing agency.
07 Can I sell the brand later?
Yes — and this is why owning the brand matters. A telehealth brand with clean LegitScript status, a real patient list and documented retention is a saleable asset. We've had partners exit to PE rollups and strategic buyers. White-label operators can't do this; there's nothing to sell.
08 What if my niche isn't GLP-1, peptides or TRT?
